Black History Month: Celebrating Our Communities Through Our Journeys

Harold Road Centre and Newham Monitoring Project invite you to ‘Celebrating Our Communities Through Our Journeys’ this Wednesday (16th October) from 11am-3pm.

We will be coming together to celebrate Black History Month and mark World Mental Health Day 2013 in Newham. The event includes the first community screening of NMP's short film ‘Still Keeping the Fight Alive’ and Eastside Community Heritage's film ‘My Roots Our Heritage'.

Join us for cultural food · community choir · spoken word performances.
